How much money will I make in my first year?

EXIT’s 10/7/5 Formula allows you to build single-level residual income from day one. As you sponsor agents, you earn the equivalent to 10% of their gross closed commission, in the form of a residual, for as long as they produce with EXIT. The 10/7/5 refers to your status: 10% when active, 7% during lifestyle/retirement phase, and 5% for your beneficiaries. This single-level model (not MLM) means your income grows as you build your team, making six-figure and beyond earnings more achievable.
How much time does it really take to succeed?
Real estate requires a significant time investment, especially in the first 6-12 months. Most successful agents work 40 hours per week initially, including evenings and weekends when clients are available. It typically takes 3-6 months of consistent effort before you see steady results. The good news? As you build systems and relationships, you become more efficient.

Many agents spend $500-$1,000/month on lead generation. Plan for $3,000-$8,000 in the first year, but remember: these are investments in your business.
